What's this monster?

The upper right pic is the face of drooly..
and the left picture of that demon would suggest me that its a concept picture of the "baron of hell"

I thought Birdman's face looked a lot more different..

I thought The Baron of Hell would look like a bit animalistic. Like a goat, like in DooM 1&2.

Yes it's a baron of hell.

It has this regal atmosphere, horns and hooves. I can imagine this creature ponderously rising from it's throne to fulfill it's judgement.

Why are they the same in Doom, Doom2 and Doom64?

The birdman is the "Baron of hell".. and he looks diffrent in the pic because that is just one of the versions scott drew of the "baron of hell".. thats why its called "concept art"

or the demon picture is the baron of hell.. and the birdman is another monster..
