Which type of maps are you looking for? Going by fun and challenging I'd suggest Sunlust, Stardate, Swim with the Whales, Combat Shock 2 and Resurgence.

I highly suggest Valiant. Probably my favorite megawad I've played to completion so far. Requiem is really good too, albeit confusing at times since it's an older one.
