40oz Posted November 27, 2016 Sometimes when I telefrag an enemy, their corspse will remain still and crumble at my feet. Other times, the victim will launch across the room. How can I control this effect in such a way that I can be sure the target I'm telefragging gets launched? 0 Share this post Link to post
scifista42 Posted November 27, 2016 The corpse always slingshots, but if the player teleports near the center of the monster's hitbox, the sliding corpse's movement gets immediately stopped by colliding with the player's own body, whereas if the player teleports near the edge of the monster's hitbox, the corpse slides far enough from him that it doesn't collide with him even during the first collision check. 0 Share this post Link to post
