C2M4 - Vannila rework (real this time)

Did lots of edits but gameplay is near the same, the map is playable in vanilla and i improved few secrets and i removed some glitchs, maybe it still need some skill balance, tests and demos will be wondefull. (more whit pistol start)

since probably no one have find a issue on map, i think of its ready to commit.

Note: i'm having issues in my github fork if someone can do the pull request for me i'll be pleased.

About that: what about those DM maps? You closed the PR after adding C2M4 to your fork.

the e2m4 was to be in a separated pull request but instead all got merged, after trying to undo it my personal repo there goes bugged i tried to reset fork and now i get stuck, so wait i fix it :(

Speaking of your fork, it's not updated. There were three new files added to the repo (and two more if fraggle/chungy accept my poor hi-res icons), so I think you should update soon.
