How to make secrets in Doom in Hexen format

I'm trying to make a map. I'm pretty good at Doom in Doom format, but I'm having a little bit of trouble for Doom in Hexen format. How the heck do I make secrets!?!? I just can't figure it out at all! Is the answer something obvious i'm just missing? Please help...

FYI I want to do this in Skulltag (Doom in Hexen) format.
