Picked up items now trigger their specials

Here's another overdue feature from Hexen now in Eternity: things can activate their specials when picked up, not just when killed. I took care about the multiplayer special cases too.

ExtraData has the "special" and "args" mapthing fields for this. UDMF has them from the vanilla "hexen" namespace.
