Is it possible to bind mdk to mouse button & repeat the command like it was a weapon?

And if not, what do I put in a custom weapons' DECORATE to make it shoot a lot of hitpoints? I've read the zdoom wiki but there's nothing that says "this determines how powerful the weapon is".

That doesn't allow the button to be held down for continuous shots like an actual weapon would, it only executes the command once.
