Industrial Music

[Quineotio]

Hey guys :)

I've been working on an album for a long time and am having difficulty getting over the finish line. I've been uploading the tracks to soundcloud as I finish them. Any feedback is welcome :)

I'm influenced by NIN and Coil and other industrial I think the doom community is into so maybe someone here will like it?

Quite atmospheric and melodic, the vocals are the strong point, the instrumental soundscape falls a bit short of your aspirational sources - but contrast nicely to aforesaid vocals. If The Beatles were still making music in the 90's it might have sounded like this.

EDIT: the title of the song is too long, out of context and ultimately nocuous. Its nice that the song lyrics are as serious minded as they are without causing the song to collapse under its own weight - so don't ruin it with a silly song name.

It's a really good track - still listening to it on repeat!

I like it; it is refreshing to run into newly created industrial (as opposed to the vastly more popular industrial metal or industrial dance). This definitely wears its Coil-and-friends influence on its sleeve, with just the slightest seasoning of NIN.

I've got another track ready. Soundcloud crunches the fuck out of it unfortunately. I'll upload mp3s to my website when I've finished the whole album but it's just more convenient to use soundcloud atm.

Yeah I wish there was more oldschool industrial. People used to go to a lot of effort to make industrial but nowadays I think the technology does most of the work.

I've uploaded a couple more tracks. Pretty much the entire album is up now. The missing tracks are not full songs, just segues and intermission type things. I'll update the first post with a link to mp3s when I get a chance to upload them to my website.
