A bit of a story with this one. I've never watched DBZ uncut with Japanese audio, but this track's composer, Kenji Yamamoto, got dropped from DBZ Kai (which I have seen) after some serious plagiarism accusations. He'd been up to musical theft for a long time, it seems: this track dates back to the early '90s but is pretty much a mashup of 5 different songs by a group called Propaganda.
