BigDickBzzrak Posted April 16, 2017 And I'm fairly sure that there was one more. You seem to have an unhealthy obsession with your badass gamer super cool computer. Does seeing "120 FPS" make you jump ecstatically and consider yourself a man who has achieved something? Just asking. I personally have a crappy Lenovo G50-70 laptop. Intel i3-4005U, AMD Radeon 8500M, 4 GB RAM, some Toshiba "1 TB"* HDD, etc.) It does what I want it to do (shitposting and mapping), I don't have any reasons to complain. * -- of course it's not 1 TB... that 1000 vs 1024 is literally the dumbest marketing trick possible and everyone uses it with great success for decades. 0 Share this post Link to post

Summer Deep Posted April 16, 2017 The laptop on which I do most of my gaming is very ordinary: Intel i3 4010U 1.7 Ghz 8GB RAM 1 TB HDD Windows 8.1 Am I the only person on this thread that doesn't use a separate graphics card? I do have 10 laptops and 3 desktop machines though - can anyone beat that, LOL.... 0 Share this post Link to post

Phobus Posted April 16, 2017 I underestimated the cooling and case required to allow my system to run at maximum capacity, so although it can do 4k at top everything, it can rarely sustain it... Processor: Intel Core i7 4790k (OC to ~4.2 GHz, with a boost around 4.7GHz, I think) CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 13 Motherboard: Asus Z170 Pro Gaming Graphics Card: Palit Gamerock GTX 1080 Premium Edition x2 SLi Bridge: EVGA PRO SLiBridgeHB RGBW 1-slot spacing Memory: 4x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX (Black) @ 2133MHz Storage: Samsung M.2 512GB SSD + 1TB HDD (this is very old) PSU: Corsair CX750 Case: GameMax Falcon ATX Gaming Case (white, with blue LED fans) Monitor: AOC U2879VF @ 3140x2160 I think that's everything of note, as I'm just using bog standard Logitec mouse and keyboard and an old Hitachi stereo for sound, plus a couple of extra 120mm fans in the case 0 Share this post Link to post
