Some idiotic reason all Locks... With numbers...

The editor should be displaying their names rather than just numbers in there. Are you using a non-Doom game configuration in your editor? Or maybe your wad/pk3 (or one of the wads/pk3 that you load as resources) contains custom LOCKDEFS? Anyway, the numbers correspond to default Doom lock types and the meaning of each number can be found here: https://zdoom.org/wiki/Key_types#Doom
