Which wads have replaced Icon of Sin?

I mean Boom/Vanilla wads. And IoS replaced with Dehacked to some kind of another monster.

Without bothering to check the format, there's Jenesis, UAC Ultra, and Pcorf Community Project 2. All of them basically use the new monster as an Icon of Sin. I can't think of anything that changes it into a totally different kind of monster; there's probably some hard-coded stuff that would make it difficult or impossible to use in another context.

As far as I know, Valiant has a new enemy instead of the IoS, but I haven't played the wad yet.
