Sorry for the necrobump, but does a text or video exist that explains all the things a newcomer needs to know on how to get started on playing the old Doom games on modern systems? Like how and where to get sourceports and how to run the iwads and maybe custom pwads?

Doomsday probably to this day have the best looking 3D models ever made out of all that exist in this world. That's the best non-pixelated way I can think of to make your game look like.
