wanna restyle a doom monster.. suggestions?

DOOM3 has alot of the original monsters from doom and doom2 in the game and there all restyled.. so I want to restyle an original doom monster myself but I dont know wich one I should restyle.. any suggestions??

A cacodemon seems kinda hard to restyle to me;
a floating tomato isn`t usually scary, but id-software somehow managed to pull it of. If you could restyle a cacodemon and still keep it scary I`d be impressed...

An imp, it's very simple, plenty of room for improvment and detail.

I'd like to see what a restyled Cyberdemon looks like - preferably one that was done in a way so that it looks scarier and less cheesy.

hmm.. a cyberdemon and a cacodemon would be a great challenge.. so I already begun sketching some stuff.. I will keep you guys posted of the progress
