New Forum Themes

Does anyone have any ideas for new forum themes? Currently there's the doomworld theme, which is ok but gets old, and the plain white theme, which is just a nasty default.

What about a red theme? Yellow theme? Gold theme? Post Hell Theme?

We could have some themes based around popular textures.

 

Like a MARBFACE theme (green), one of the skin textures (flesh coloured) and of course a FIREBLUE theme (red and blue).

I like the default color scheme, easy on the eyes.

Red colour would hurt my sensitive eyes. I would go with green or purple or even yellow. Heh.

Maybe a 1996 theme, complete with default HTML font and borders? Maybe some nice bitmap graphics too...

I agree on the Purple, simple stable Purple. Purple is god.

 

But a theme I'd probably like to see though would be Too Much Brown, where every brown texture (even if from another game implemented) is used. Brown nukage, brown walls, brown brown brown.

Post Hell Theme...or maybe even just a Hell theme.  Browns, reds, and blacks...maybe some cool "charred" effect on the edges of the screen.

Doomer Boards has a superb dark green theme with SFALLx as the background. I'd love to see something similar.

 

Also, Post Hell theme, definitely.

I don't see much reason not to post some instructions and get in exchange some user created themes. That worked pretty well for GameFAQs.
