I'm playing Project MSX on Insane along with Back to Saturn X. The visual aesthetics of the two blend together beautifully. As much as I generally don't like modern first person shooters, I really love Project MSX. Nothing about it feels like it's in beta. Still need to get around to checking out Scythe 2 (which I've often heard works really well for testing out gameplay mods), and Ancient Aliens (which I wouldn't dare playing any way other than vanilla).
