In the classics it dealt the same damage and had the same accuracy, but fired twice as fast. When I played the Fusion port, which went back to the classic Minigun stats, the ammo ran out way too fast. I was too used to unleashing massive minigun barrages in SS3. This reminded me: I bought The Second Encounter and I haven't even played it yet! Edit: you know, Serious Sam actually plays a lot like Doom. It has mostly the same weapon lineup-pistol, single shotgun, double shotgun, machine gun, rocket launcher, energy weapon. A big focus on dodging projectiles, with slower projectiles to compensate for the slower player. Now if someone ported Sunder to Serious Sam...
