Changing linedef properties mid level

Question

Hi, so I am using cc4-tex right no and I've thought of making doors using the forcefield textures. Theyre basically a single line, using the texture as the middle texture with transpency added. However, these 'doors' start off impassible obviously, and I was wondering if there was a way to, upon the press of a switch to remove the texture and make it passable? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In Boom and vanilla, you'd have to get creative with invisible lowered walls or raised floors 1 unit wide and also move the sector with the texture you want to remove up or down into the ceiling.
