Custom Monster below me??

Im making a custom monster but when I use summon the monster acts normal except i have to look down and even then its clipping through the ground (what?)

My Decorate is in this linkDECORATE

The monster is a one sprite monster

How do I correctly offset something? I know there is a Offsets: bar at the bottom and its at 00 00.
