Where I can download Xdre?

I've a question, where i can download xdre? I wanna build a TAS demo, but I can't find a site for download it.

Edited: I download xdre, I press 'C' and it copy, but I dont know the keys to use. Where i can change the "keys"? (set keys option is turned off).
