What mods are funny when mixed with another?

this came out of curiosity, i decided to mix Brutal Doom with Tourettes Doom and the result of what i got was absolutely amazing. by getting all items i can kick demons infinitely, when i type

summon marine

the marines start to turn on me by repeatedly shooting me when all demons are dead...

so i was wondering...

What Doom mods do you think come out with a hilarious results when mixing the mods together??

Not really a mod but worth a huge laugh, Load SexyGirl.wad it changes armor and health to Duke 3D bar Babes.
Load it with any level.  It is even quite funny with demos.

for some reason I apparently still have this image.

 

 

I sometimes combine slaughterfest wads like Slaughterfest 2011 right here with Russian Overkill (this was an old version) and the monsters part of OMG Weapons and Monsters for tons of variety, makes for actual franticality that is a load of fun.
