Thoughts on HDOOM?

I know H-DOOM is old news, but I'm genuinely curious to what you guys thought about it when it first came out.

Does your opinion differ from the beginning it made its debut in the custom WADS 'n shit?

 

How does it make you feel?

 

Have you ever played it?

 

When it first came out, I was just stunned and slightly amused. Fuck tentacle porn, that shit is old news. 

Now when I look at it, I feel they could've used better moans, lmfao.

@Britney_Is_KingI heard a LOT about that mod and one day, I decided to try it. No regrets playing it. I say that this mod is the complete opposite of Brutal Doom if you think about it :D

No, i don't like it, haven't played it, but I've seen enough of it. The whole idea of stimulating erotica on a fictional demon is just creepy to me.

Honestly I can't say a whole lot about the mod. If anything, it's just a skin mod for the most part where the highlight of the mod is more dull than the name implies.

There's nothing wrong with mods and in some cases they improve the Doom experience.

 

 

As for HDoom, I played it once back when it was called Hmod with a group of people on TS because none of us knew what it was. Everyone cracked jokes and made the whole experience quite a riot. But after that, I never touched it or paid any attention to it. If anything, the author had a vision and props to him for making it reality and at one point it was the most downloaded wad on Best-Ever when it existed. Just like most things, some like it and some don't.
