Battle_Korbi Posted August 13, 2017 Half Life 1, which also doubles as my favorite game serie... Coincidence? Could it be that everyone's most dearest game is as old as themselves? What about you guys, huh? 2 Share this post Link to post

Sega's Jet Rocket was probably the most advanced, and used similar technology to miltary flight simulators from the 1960s. Though in truth I don't remember ever playing it. The closest I got would have been one of the many Periscope variants that lingered on until Space Invaders arrived. 3 Share this post Link to post
Tristan Posted August 13, 2017 Big names like Symphony of the Night and FF7 came out in 1997. Unfortunately I've never played any of these and out of what I have played, I don't have much to choose from this year. 7th Legion and Monster Truck Madness were cool, lol 0 Share this post Link to post

BTW y'all basically freshly-ejaculated spermatozoa. Except the handful of people born earlier, you guys are primordial soup. ;) 0 Share this post Link to post

ShoDemo Posted August 13, 2017 I have quite a few to note (needless to say, I now love my birth date, after seeing these games): System Shock 2 Counter Strike Team Fortress Classic Driver The Longest Journey Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver Unreal Tournament Quake 3 Arena In my opinion, the crown goes to System Shock 2, even though I haven't played it yet (I got it yesterday, so I will try it out soon, coupled with System Shock 1). From what I've seen, the atmosphere is great and it is considered to be an excellent game. Plus, it takes place in an abandoned space station, with an evil A.I. wanting to kill you, turning ship members to mindless zombies and making robots hostile towards you. 1 Share this post Link to post

Battle_Korbi Posted August 13, 2017 Yall fucking are not even born yet. When I was born, the Roman kids down the block still played with their wooden swords. Fucking Anno Domini babies, no wonder they have no taste in games. 5 Share this post Link to post

CARRiON Posted August 13, 2017 (edited) The few I remember off the top of my head. Alone in the Dark, which kickstarted the Survival Horror. Dune 2, which kickstarted the Real-Time Strategy. Mortal Kombat, which kickstarted ripping people's heads off. Wolfenstein 3D, which kickstarted the First-Person Shooter. Ultima Underworld, which kickstarted the hair on my chest upon completion. Sonic the Hedgehog 2, which kickstarted future fetish related DeviantArt accounts. Jill of the Jungle, which kickstarted boners. Also Ultima 7, the last good Ultima. And Commander Keen 4, the first Keen game to really start shining. 4 Share this post Link to post
Mánibranðr System Posted August 13, 2017 Giana Sisters Contra Megaman Zelda II: The Adventure of Link Faxanadu Rygar 1987 was an interesting year for games. 1 Share this post Link to post
Bashe Posted August 13, 2017 Super Mario World, going by its Japanese release date. There's also the US release of SMB3, but SMW will always have my heart. I fucking love that game. 3 Share this post Link to post

Better than fighting each other using twigs and FRIGGIN tree branches with lots of leaves on them. Never underestimate the power of a twig stab if you wear no armor! 0 Share this post Link to post
Albertoni Posted August 13, 2017 (edited) Another World / Out of This World. Sonic 1, F-Zero, Street Fighter 2, Sunset Riders, Metroid II and PuLiRuLa. Take your pick, mine is definitely the first though. 1991 wasn't too bad, heh. 0 Share this post Link to post

Empyre Posted August 13, 2017 I don't know. What games came out in 1965? Probably some variation of pinball. 1 Share this post Link to post
