A mod where you can change wall's textures by shooting them and then you must convert all textures in the level to FIREBLU in order to finish the level.

And enemies can shoot them and change the textures too. So basically a kind of Q*Bert for Doom.

Entropic Doom: It's Doom but it takes place in the heat death of the universe, Doomguy is a photon trying to reach other photons but can't reach any because of silent teleports and portals, this happens in pitch darkness, and all textures are solid black.

A mod where all your weapons use your health as ammo. So, you will have to use them sparingly otherwise you die. Each BFG shot will cost 40% of your health or each rocket will cost 5% for instance. The player can adjust himself the difficulty by modifying the cost of each weapon.

Also the player can reduce the losses thanks to his armor points. Invulnerability sphere also means infinite ammo for a short moment.

Strife: Veteran Edition uses health for ammo, but only with the main character's ultimate weapon.

A mod where you have to kill the monsters in a very specific order before reaching the exit. All monsters will have a number above their head. If you kill an enemy with an another number than the one displayed on your HUD , all the monsters you killed before will be resurrected and you will have to start all over again. You can also choose an another gameplay which consists to kill monsters by category. For instance you have to kill the Mancubus first , then the Arch-viles and then the Hell Knights...

 

Moreover , you can decide to make the enemies invulnerable until you reach the right number to kill them instead of a massive resurrection. You can also make your marine die if you kill the wrong enemy but it could be a lot less fun.

 

This mod could not work on some levels like Dead simple's style maps. Consequently , you can turn off the mod at your will. The mod will ask you at the beginning of every level if you want to activate the challenge or play normally.

 

Infighting doesn't work by default so that the monsters can't kill each other. However you can still activate the infights and you will obviously not be penalized when a monster kills an another. It can be considered as an easy mode when the maps tend to be too hard for this kind of challenge.

 

For the fun , the player can also activates a randomizer which will leave some monsters unnumbered or a category of monsters which can be killed at any time.

 

Some monsters may have the same numbers , so it means you can kill them in the order you want. You can decide if every monster will have its own number or if some of them can share the same number. In the last case , you will have to kill the whole group before killing the next monsters.

There should be some kind of enemies. Another marines for example, but you are the one who found good side of all demons and they are your friends now. Don't forget name of this thread.

Maybe it's similar to Lemmings. Your goal would be to help the demons reach doomguy and prevent them from falling off, getting crushed, etc.

Sequel to Doom II Hell on Earth. After earth invasion many demons were captured and caged in marine base thanks to Doomguy. You are one of marines and by accident got biten by imp. You start understand demons' language and one imp tells you, that you will mutate fully to their form and marines will kill or torture you. The only way to survive is to set all demons free and join them. You fight together with demons against humans. With each level you are mutated more and more. On last level you are Cyberdemon, Spider Mastermind or Archvile (different on each playthrough) and boss is Doomguy.
