Come up with an Original™ plot for a slasher movie

For the sake of this thread the first Alien and Predator movies can be considered slashers due to its structure, so feel free to include sci-fi or other elements similar to those movies if you want.

The Rise of the Manster

In the late 21st century mankind has perfected genetic engineering which activates a hidden 24th chromosome. If you're a good person you develop super human strength and superior reflexes and healing. If you're a bad person you mutate and malform into a hideous abomination with an insatiable appetite for blood. The two test subjects are brothers, one who leans to being a good guy and the other a villain who goes around biting people and turning people into blood thirsty mansters. Part man, part monster. The good brother must come up with a way to stop this hideous genetic plague from spreading, inspired by MacGyver he comes up with all sorts of insane weaponry to combat the hordes. Rated R for ridiculous amounts of blood and gore and bad language.

Inside Cancer

After the discovery of eye cancer, scientists grueled over their workstations, desperately looking for a cure or anything to counteract the symptoms. One group managed to synthesise a harmless virus that would attack the mutated cells. Unfortunately, this virus caused severe damage to eyes, leading to blindness, if they're lucky to not get anything worse. The military saw potential in this.

Years later, James Haley, retired Major, finds out his wife has eye cancer. He desperately searches for a cure, but to no avail. Then he hears of this virus that can stop his wife cancer, but he doesn't know the consequences.

Several years later, James' wife is dead. James himself is unable to live with himself. If only he had known about the aftereffects, he never would've given it to her.

James grabs his old tactical gear, an ancient rifle, 15 bullets and machete he used in the War of Japan.

Later at night, James looks over the building, machete in hand. He plans to get revenge, in the most painful way possible. He wears his helmet, covering his face and blocking all sounds from the outside. Blood will be spilt.

The people inside have other plans.

Rated R for blood, gore, language, sex and nudity, potentially epileptic.

Edit: props to anyone if they notice something Doom-related here ;)

Furries

The plot is that furries simply exist. That's scary enough on its own.

A man must struggle to live his life while dealing with the struggles of his famous work. In a twisted society, crowds gather to bear witness to the man's victims. He raises his tools of destruction, the audience silent in awe with eyes agape, and he strikes down hard, the sound of metal, plastic, and unidentified material clashing together.

Not many know his name, but they all know his face. His victims are strung up on shelves for all to witness, and they pile in to view it all like a decrepit museum.

60's music plays in the background to soften everyone's senses. Many of the crowd will take parts of the victims home, a nasty souvenir to parade behind. The man sees how disgusting this all is yet continues to proceed; he is getting away with it, and doing anything else might prove his undoing.

The most twisted of all is when he stays passive. The crowd grows in anger and chants him on, edging his demonic side further into the black abyss.

He is a man about to lose all control.

He is a man going through his mid-life crisis.

He is...

I wanted to do one where an amateur filmmaker wants to make a horror movie and starts bumping off his/her cast. I thought it'd be a neat way to make a snuff-style/found footage movie within a regular style movie, try to combine styles. I don't know how the killer could remain hidden though unless even the audience didn't know the kills were real until the very end.

MOVIE RATED R FOR BLOOD, GORE, NUDITy AND DRUG REFERENCES!!

Innatural Strain

In 2014, a strange scientific event took the whole world by surprise, after a group of virological researchers announced their great advances in cancer diseases and inmonological diseases, clarified that the possible cure for these related diseases was increasingly possible. However, in the VIC-02 laboratory hidden somewhere in the world, a group of 6 researchers decide to take their own steps without the necessary supervision, accidentally mutating the test viruses and creating a new pathogen called "Verix-02x" . This new pathogen gives strange and terrifying results to all those who become infected, altering their perception of reality as their body slowly deteriorates. In a few days, all researchers end up infected, however, their own conscience plays games. Some believe they have the cure in their hands, others believe that extinction must occur. Their minds are altered more and more as reality is mutated into a horrendous description. Only one, will know the true cure, but he, must destroy the patients who want to release the pathogen without even knowing it, only one will know what the error is and only one, shall kill them all.
Rated R. Coming this summer 2018.

Sequel: A pedophile meets the toddler with a knife. 2 hours of constant ambushes and chase scenes. The case gets settled with the supernatural nanny ghost who kills the pedophile and disarms the toddler (who cannot kill ghosts) and carries the toddler over the void.

Prequel: a woman buys some kitchen utilities from a store. She runs into a crazy eyed person who gives her the knife.

At home she uses the knife and her soul slowly gets taken. Once she is soulless, she "realised" she didn't need anyone, so she kills the family and the neighbours. Unfortunately, she accidentally dropped the knife when she was about to kill a neighbour's baby and as a result, the only thing keeping her alive was gone from her hands. The baby crawls toward the knife with glee, passing the dead woman lying on the carpet...

Make up your own title.

A perfectly sane husband and father of 2 kids finds a machete at a pawn shop and buys it. Shortly afterwards, he starts having sociopathic thoughts, and at one point, he even begins to act out on them. Later, he takes the machete back to the pawn shop, thinking it's cursed and is making him kill people. Alas, the owner of the pawn shop claims the complete opposite. And then and there, the man finds out he's been "secretly" sociopathic this whole time.

Then he commits suicide.

A man entraps teenagers for his own amusement in a theme park that he and his goons then starts to hunt down for sport. But the teens get the upper-hand almost instantly and start to slaughter their way to freedom, by the end of the film becoming the very disturbed killers that trapped them in the park in the first place.

Turn Dead by Daylight into a movie and you have yourself a Slasher unique from the rest yet blatantly mimics the traditional Slasher tropes.

A slasher that occurs in Ancient Egypt. The twist is that the group of characters all die in separate places at the beginning of the film, and now must survive a journey across the Duat to reach the Weighing of the Heart. The past lives of the characters go mostly unknown until they reach Anubis, thus no one really knows if they can trust the others, as they don't know who they were in life.

A slasher that has HIV and uses his own blood on a knife to stab people. He lets them run away after one stab or cut. Years later they find out the results and the victims have to tell their past lovers the horrible news. I call it "Killing them Slowly." Oh big twist at the end, its a woman.

STARF★★KERS, INC.

Captain Bram Gorgon is the commander of the U.S.S. Starfucker, a space vessel in the distant future of 2288. When his crew mysteriously dies, it is up to him to piece together the clues.

Enter, the Belgian Borg, a race of perfect robot alien hybrids who can implant viruses in the mind in order to control the host. As the BB lives in total hedonism, using other species as personal slaves, they no longer have to control the minds of others for survival. Now? They simply do it for fun and bloodshed. And the whole thing is broadcasted live on the Delta Quadrant's version of Twitch TV, with commentary and all. Entire channels are devoted to Let's Plays of sadistic possessions of a host used only for the purpose of killing their own kind. Sometimes, they leave the host to live a life of survivor's guilt.

As the memories of murder flood the Cap'n's mind, he is wrecked by guilt and anguish. We get to relive all his kills, including the deaths of his most beloved friends and family. The Cap'n, now bloodlusted, receives a hail from an unknown spaceship nearby. The aliens identify themselves as the Blorgons who have a similar economy of death, only they believe in freedom of choice. They wish to destroy the "barbaric" and "archaic" race of BB, and choose the Cap'n as they consider him the perfect human speciman. The Cap'n agrees but there's a catch 22: he has super human abilities for 24 hours only, and after that he returns back to normal. He can still be killed, but it becomes much easier for him to take on entire hordes of baddies. They also believe in the Yakuza lifestyle of earth and find that blades are more honorable than firearms, so any use of a firearm by Bram Gorgon would be an automatic disqualification for him, resulting in "game" over.

It is now up to the Cap'n to set things straight. Will he live? Will he die? Find out on the next episode of Dragon Ball Z.
