I know a MIDI of the original extended version of Donna to the Rescue exists somewhere, does anyone know? I don't see it on DoomWiki..

Was the source MIDI for the extended recording actually released?  I have Robert Prince's "Doom Music" album (in MP3 format, at least); I think the extended versions of the tracks are exclusive to that album.
