No servers showing up in Doomseeker?

I don't remember changing any settings, (execpt for server filter which I already cleared)

Is there anyway I can uninstall doomseeker? 

I also reinstalled Zandronum and i'm on Zandronum 3.0

Same issue as here:

You turned your Zandro plugin off. Turn it back on:
