Best wat to modify selected sectors scale?

So, if I wanted to make an map area like 1.5x bigger, what would be the easier way to do it in GZDoom Builder?

Select all sectors and press E. An orange square surrounding all the selected sectors will appear, then you can increase or decrease the area or even rotate the area.
