Nah, it's good he gave up mapping. A small sucky WAD, with the final bit the only saving grace. Hard to imagine anyone who would consider navigating letters killing a handful Imps and zombies fun gameplay.x
The problem is that most of the rooms are just rectangular blocks, with a very few gimmicks and objects. Props for bothering to make the D curved, though, and you have to wonder what became of the promised "complete episode" (this is Mr Mandix' only wad in the Doomworld archives; a search for Kim Mandix returns many more pages about Panzer General).x
In this map you teleport along a series of corridors that spell out "MANDIX". The "I" room was somewhat cool looking, and there were some tricks and traps, but aside from that this map is not particularly fun nor visually appealing. I'll give it two stars, because at least some effort was made to create an interesting level.x
