Hey, it's not that bad. In fact, there are a lot of 1994 wads -and newer, sadly- that are much worse. I've enjoyed the combat against the lost souls, and the invisible stairs to the yellow keycard. Pretty god for a 1994 wad. - 3/5x
"a smallish outdoor level with lots of catwalks" is pretty accurate; this is a kind of oil refinery, with lots of narrow pathways that must have been awful to navigate back in 1994. The textures are all over the place and look horrible, and the action is boring. If you do some straferunning, you can finish the map in about thirty seconds, without bothering to find any of the keys. Remade for Doom II as id=2216.x
Trivial; psychedelic design, but I hate hippies because I am a child of the generator. The level is a moderately-sized room with some walkways and some invisible steps, and there's almost nothing to it.x
