A good oldschool map. Although the map does have a few kinks, like texture misalignments, and some mis-fitting music, this map is a good moderate fun challenge, and does give the impression of a subway. 3/5 ~Hankx

A fun old-school map set in a subway system (with other bits and pieces thrown in for good measure) with large rooms and some interesting set-ups. The start forces you to run around and find some ammo, but other than that the gameplay is easy. There are several nice secrets to hunt down, and -- aside from a rather ho-hum corridor section -- it all makes for an enjoyable 15 minutes. With a bit more action it would have been great. Recommended. --3/5x

3.5/5 Although the size of the level and the complexity of the secret areas must have been intimidating at the time, I really wasn't challenged here (except possibly in the huge open terminal rooms, with people shooting at you from everywhere at once). The effort put into the "realism" is above average, but doesn't blow you away like with Galaxia or UAC_DEAD.x

I heard this was quite popular back in the day, so I checked it out. It's not too bad for 1994, but it's no "UAC_DEAD" or "INVADE2" either. It's very bland and empty, the narrow mazes suck, and the STARTAN textures don't fit the theme. Also if you do decide to play this, IDMUS to something else immediately. 2.5/5x

This is an early level that benefits greatly if your PC has a maths coprocessor. It's huge for such an old effort, and you're free to explore around at the start. There's more detail than most 1994 maps - with (gasp) lighting effects, some new textures, and one of those floating cubes - but with only about 150 monsters spread over such a large area it feels very empty at times. It's easy to get bored with the to-ing and fro-ing. But its impressively large nonetheless.x

Bad: Some texture errors; Possible to break sequence and skip keys; Music doesn't fit the mood very well. Good: Architecture makes for a convincing subway station theme; Lots of clever secrets and interesting areas to explore; Some degree of non-linearity. Overall: Well worth a play. 4/5 -VVx
