Description: Lacking time and ideas, I decided to build a small and simple level. In the end, though, the map has turned not so small and simple, and I believe that it'll keep you playing 20-30 minutes. I didn't want to make another futurist map about invaded UAC bases and all the other commonplaces. So I improvised something with Doom's organic textures and a trippy sky. The result is maybe a little shocking, but if you've pla- yed my other maps Hachisch and Peyote you'll recognize fast the style. Be warned: this map is named "Mescaline", but it plays more like cocaine...
Credits: Anarko for playtesting. The demos were recorded with him. The sky is a modification from another that came from an Eric Harris map. Don't remember which one.
Base: New level from scratch.
Build time: About a month.

Bugs: Sometimes, in Zdoom, the music only plays one time and doesn't loop.

For such a small wad: interesting, original layout. Short but nice gameplay @ UV. Decoration is simple but ok. Secrets are too simple to call them secrets. Overall: 3.7/5 --> 4.x
Quite a nice level that proves (once again) that the Eye "has it". Very much disagree with the previous reviewer on fugliness, but it's true that it's a fairly vertical level. Enjoyed it, 3.5/5 - ZZx
It's sorta fugly. It looks a little like those old Contra levels in the brain spaceship. Also, a lot of the action is looking down, and enemies you can't see can potshot you. 3/5 - WhaleBarfx
