Played @ UV. Very small 1995-style wad with 1995-type flaws. Poor map-layout, architecture, and texture use. Overall I agree with cs99cjb (^^), besides crushers are very easy. Absolutely not challenging gameplay ended abruptly after a few minutes. If this is a first wad, then with a little more efford it could have been something way better. But hé, what'ya expect for a 9-hours beginners wad? 2/5 for the efford.x
Not bad for a first effort. Some tutti frutti on the ledge at the start if you play it in Vanilla engine. Both key switches unmarked. But good gameplay, simple, linear, fun.x
This small map is playable and honest, but marred by poor design and glitches. Doors are too thick and stairs are too steep. Little variation in height. Misaligned, missing and badly-chosen textures (including 'tutti-frutti' effects). Weird and unrealistic lighting. At least one progress-barring switch is a plain wall, which isn't fair. No tension except for the crushers. Three stars if not for the bugs. Sorry.x
Loved the work! It turns out ABK can do decent mapping. Funny + Good map creator.x
Gotta say, pretty impressive for a first level.x
Quite good for a first effort, but not great.x
