huge epic castle map apparently from Dutch Devil's early years - but has some node builder weirdness that affects aiming and splash damage etc. in some sectorsx
It's interesting to compare this with the castle levels that were so common in 1994/95; this one is a lot larger, although the design isn't much more advanced (it's very square). It starts off linear and tricky, but becomes easier and more expansive as it goes on. A bit wandery, although the designer has put in some clues. There are some very useful secrets. It feels like a big solid level from 1996, e.g. Manor.wad on the Master Levels CD.x

Actually quite a good map. Would fit very well into the Doom2 master levels. 4/5 -pcx
Needs to be played as part of an episode, not from a pistol start.x
pretty-ish but too standard and symetrical. Gameplay is more frustrating than smooth. Not really enough health or ammo for a 'regular' level. - pritchx
