I wasn't a fan of the original D64 but the enthusiasm Doomworld members show towards it has made me want to try the Absolution TC. Doom Builder is awesome, so this is going to be a really positive step forward.

The old Doom64 TC is effectively obsolete. Doom Builder 64 is actually for use with the Doom 64 EX source port, which accurately clones the original game engine by way of some intense reverse-engineering effort on Kaiser's part: http://doom64ex.wordpress.com/
