    Dooming on Mount Elbert

    Bloodshedder

Ant sends word of this recent happening. Why would a group of people climb up to 14,461 feet with a bunch of laptops, keyboards, and a wireless router in tow? To play some Doom, I guess.

Why does the article have 6 embedded youtube videos instead of one good one? I watched two of them, which one has Doom in it? Doesn't say anywhere in the article.

Also where's the parody video of the stoners lighting up bongs to beat the "highest lan party" record?

It is clearly mentioned in the video at the very top.

I didn't know you watched Tek Syndicate, Bloodshedder. It's a great show.

They should climb the E1 China mountains.

They were recently in China, it's a shame that they missed the opportunity to do this at the much cooler-looking and relevant-to-Doom set of mountains. Maybe one of us should point that out to them.

I'm there! Looks like we have enough players to make it a worthwhile journey, honestly. I have a Pocket WIFI router that can allow us to have a lan match outdoors, let's do this ;)
