There's a small blurp at the DoomServ site regarding the new server for this lobby-driven ZDoom internet matchmaker program. They are currently testing it and all seems well so far. If all goes well, version 4.0 of DoomServ (with fixed file transfer capabilities) should be released "in the next couple of weeks".
