    I was part of this project but I quit. It sucks. It all sucks. These are probably the worst pieces of crap ive ever seen. I hope they all die. BWUAHAHAHA. Oh btw, j/k. Actually looks alright, id wank to it, well see if you do.

    WHAT IS UP WITH THAT MUSIC?!?

    Nine Inch Nails and Marilyn Manson; all they ever whine about is "Oh, poor poor sad sorry me", they should stop talking about wanting to kill themselves and set an example, do the music industry a favor.

    But yeah, take your time with those maps and stuff, nobody likes rushed projects. (As if I should be talking.)

    Lut, actually, the music is the beauty of our project. We get Marylin Manson music without his voice, and thus improve upon it by 300%.

    <HTML>Wow. That project looks kind of semi-interesting. Funny, I never noticed it till now. I mean, those screenshots are not jaw-dropping professional but kind of like semi-amateur work (no offense). I like semi-amateur work because the levels editors take much more creative strides and aren't so hung up on ridiculous amounts of detail. However, that map4 screenshot(s) showing the level using a lighting texture for both floor and cieling is hurting my eyes.

    And of course Matt is a communist. How else would you explain his ridiculously unfair level reviews? :P

    I did map4 and I can happily tell you that the level is competely different than those screenies reveal. Check out My personal page instead. More screenshots that {Hopefully} show this. =]

    The Tester Speaks: the essentially finished maps are pretty close to done IMO, just minor problem fixing and tweaks needed. And as someone else mentions, they're not "professionally detailed" but they're sufficiently fun. FUN is what it's all about. Sometimes WAD authors forget that. (see rant about same at http://home.earthlink.net/~rividh/asylum/wartime.htm, where I aim to offend everyone :)

    Of course most of the songs on The Fragile only have one or two loops, so it should only a few days to do the entire album in MIDI.

    And yeah, I agree Manson's music would be 300% better without him singing but that still isn't saying much at all.

    Chief - I must have told you 10,000 times that song SUCKS! :P NIN rips on Manson for copying other 70s music and then they do the same thing. We're In This Together has been done like 2,000 times before, nobody wants to hear Reznor's 3-pattern horribly written version of it.

    Mainstream sucks and with Mainstream I mean anything that is not independent! That includes your oh so beloved Slipknot Shit! I mean they are so pathetic! "We wear masks not to get attention but so that our music is more important than the people behind it.." yeah right my foot! Can you say gimmick and has anyone ever heard of Gore (the band not the red stuff that splatters your screen everytime you take out an Imp) sorry for getting so upset...     Strange how some threads end up :) Oh yeah, anyways, REZ, I liked ur demo of my level, I took your suggestions and implemented them. I think I need to make the switches at the end a little more clear as to what they do :) Go back and youll see.

    Hehe, that's funny. Half the stuff on The Fragile aren't even songs. The only point where that album was just the slightest bit original was the Pilgrimage song and that was hardly exciting, seemed like a bad rehash of that Further Away mix of Closer (which I do think was very good, about one of the only good NIN songs.)

    But yeah, The Fragile era has truly sucked for NIN - 3 singles for We're In This Together and not one remix of that song on any of them, the B-Sides sucked (one was The Perfect Drug), their new music videos suck, the album art sucked - the whole thing is an unfocused mess. The guy even said he had no idea what he was doing when he wrote it. He probably still doesn't. It may be the #1 album to avoid this Millennium but that's the only credit I give it. I don't think even Marilyn Manson ever did anything as bad as Fragile.

    Anyone who says anything is the song of the millenium is clearly ignorant. There are millions of songs out there, and to single one, no matter how good, over all the rest is pure idiocy.

    I won't even bother to comment on the not-true critisism on the fragile-album. Some of it was only written to piss people off anyways. That is the way I want it to be anyway :) pilgrimage

    Hehe... Weird... All this stuff because i put some NIN/Manson songs in my maps. First, only kill myself in the team, i'm the only one to have put these songs (oh and Mantra too...). 2nd, I like these songs, and think they sound good in midi. 3rd, I like The Fragile even if I prefer The Downard Spiral, but heh, it's a matter of taste... If you dont like theses songs, well, dont listen... I dislike rap but I wont phone all my friends listening to rap to tell them it's shit... -nomusic !! :P Oh by the way, episode1 soon released... And thanks Rez for beta testing!!!
