I've zonked some crap in my database at work, so I just restored the last backup (done nightly at 1am).

The bad news is that all news, comments and other crap are gone.

The good news are that all the phorum threads by Cacodemon Leader, Esco, Rubliaxe and everyone else is still there.

All your databases are belong to us.

Doomworld is SUPPOSED to be backed up every Sunday. However, there was apparently a typo or something in the backup program, and the last time the database was backed up was November 2000.

Um, the comments are still there.

That link works for me. Maybe the id number thingies were just deleted or something....

Those are files generated against the old database data. These files don't actually exist in the current database.
