As much as I don't like FC2, that's a pretty dumb reason to hate the game. That's like saying: "Pretty much every level in Doom is the same thing. You need to get keycard X and shoot some monsters while switch-hunting" The REAL reason why FC2 sucked was because of the bullshit enemy health, terrible story, dumbass malaria system, consolized savepoints, and omniscient AI. I remember hiding in a brush 100 feet away from a enemy with his back turned, and he magically spots me and starts shooting. Bullsheeeit. Fuck Ubisoft.

I'm just worried about the multiplayer. Why must every fucking game have multiplayer?

Back in my FPS-obsession days, I had the notion that getting shot in any form was bad, so you had to kill the other guys before they knocked your life down. Nowadays, regenerating health means that anyone can soak up bullets as long as their health doesn't hit zero. As for speed, I don't mind slow speed when the gameplay is suitably intense (Rainbow Six).

Halo has the worst multiplayer I've ever seen. I sure love running at 2MPH while someone else slowly turns around and slowly drains my shields and health with the assault rifle. Screw that. If I wanted to play as a molasses-slow damage sponge, I'd play CoD.

But what's the point when every weapon is the same? Different graphics aside, it makes weapon selection an absolute chore.

I never liked the chainsaw at all. Berserk doesn't buff it, and you can still get attacked by the enemy you're chainsawing. I usually just consider it a novelty weapon, like if I'm doing an Ash run or something. Otherwise the fists take preference.

The problem is, everyone wants sigil stones.

So I finally downloaded Stronghold (fuck off), and I had a good time blasting monster waves. After unlocking Tier 2, I ran into a massive problem: the framerate was murdered. It wasn't so much Frames Per Second as it was Seconds Per Frame. I tried resizing my Skulltag resolution, no success. I even turned off textures, no success. Has anyone experienced the same problem or similar? It's frustrating as hell, especially since I was looking forward to it for quite a while.

My first was SNES Doom in 1996. That was right before the N64 came out, and I eventually got Doom 64. And I've been hooked ever since.

I think it's half and half. Gamebryo is the reason why the "epic battle scenes" of FO3 and Oblivion consist of like 3 people running around aimlessly while enemies randomly attack. It just cant handle scripted sequences.
