I feel as though Iām repeating myself but I think there is a shortage of strictly red and black hell maps, too many seem to be guilty of being overly colourful or Christmassy if you prefer.

Pleased to hear this song mentioned, seems strangely overlooked even by David Bowie fans. Itās a personal favourite of mine too, great epic song, even though I find it a little depressing. -
Not saying itās a bad tattoo by any means, just personal taste btw. If your pleased with it thatās whatās important!

Sorry mate but I concur itās not very imaginative nor the best way to reference doom, if I had to get a doom tattoo I think something like the sp face texture would look subtle and cool, done right...

Seriously? Unusual to hear anything negative about his maps (apart from the slaughter ones obviously). Overall heās considered amongst the best. -

Iād like to see more frames of animation for the monsters etc but unfortunately it would probably be a nightmare to implement. -
I think amongst other things obviously, the sound effects are brilliant, makes for a very satisfying experience and one of the many reasons doom has stood the test of time.

Again the majority of the ones in the quake series are lacklustre tbh, the sequels wasnāt as bad as the first, but when they are compared to dooms very underwhelming. -

Some people would complain about the symmetry in some of the shots but Iām not one of them, itās great to see a black and red hell map done so well, the best colour scheme imo. -
