    From watching the video, just a handful of tips for improvement: In starting rooms, openings in ceiling should be a different upper texture. Marble of ceiling abruptly changing to the gore doesn't look right. You need something to buffer that transition, even if it's making those openings another sector each where the inner sector has the upper textures you want. Red skull texture should only be used for a door that requires red skull key and not used as doortrak. Have some more sectors of detail in between the main space of your room and its doors especially so you can make the doors appear only 128 tall and not tiling the door texture up the height of a tall room. Having to take down 4 Barons with just the shotgun and chaingun is a little monotonous. Maybe cut it down to 2 barons and delete a bunch of the shotgun boxes. That's way too much ammo supplied. May as well have an unlimited ammo shotgun. Also in that tall room split the linedefs at some corners and texture them something appropriate as a pillar or girder sticking out a bit instead of corners abruptly going from marble to gore. Delete the invulnerability and most of the Barons or Hell Knights in that room you teleport to. Change BFG to a plasma rifle and put a few cells but not cellpacks. That is a cool look with the spines traveling down the length of the corridor. Add some more cover to hide behind from arch-vile, maybe lengthen the room for more room, or most importantly move teleport destination and arch-vile a little further apart. (TYPO FIX) That silver gate teleporter texture should NOT be just used as general ceiling up where you get the red key. Is also doesn't look right cut off in mid tile. Move the soul sphere a little more out of the way, maybe hidden behind a secret door, or put on a small pillar. Raise the floor of the blood room/pit of arachno, imps, and few demons so you can see your targets better, or make stairs going down. Kinda backwards having the marble walls as doors and door textures as normal walls. Need more sectors of detail all around with more floor and ceiling height variance. Not so much 90 degree angle walls. Just bend some more linedefs out with different textures and you have more detail. Lower the light levels a bit and vary them. Split sectors to have parts of rooms darker farther away from the torches when there's a ceiling instead of sky. That's an epic amount of imps to make a totally optional battle when you can just walk into what turns out to be the exit. Have some opening in the wall and stairs into a passageway around behind the imps and maybe another key at one end required to open a door to a exit at the other end. Make the exit more obvious than a hole in the floor. You're learning and this seems better than BFG edition's Map33 Betray. Good coloring on the imps.

    Apparently I've missed some big advances. Seeing HUNdebLeonidasX's pic with the multiple separate levels of crates. Does Doom Builder's 3D mode now show the result of 3d sector transfer specials that you previously had to the load the map in the game to see? In Ed's Putrifier screenshot, trying to understand that 3D structure of mutated gore level structure? 3D models separate from the actual map or very detailed well accomplished combination of 3D sector transfers and slopes? Back in 2012 I had to repeatedly start up the game to see my results which were very inconsistent just trying to make somewhat different shaped sloped floating vine covered boulders.

    YOU'RE A LITTLE DIRECTOR! YOU MUST HAVE LITTLE GUTS!! Anyway I think the closest we'll get to a good DooM movie is Ghosts from Mars. The 2005 Doom is alright except for the whole virus/chromosome thing and not having anything larger than a pinky.

    My theory is that they just watched Mortal Kombat Annhilation, smoked some crack, and decided lets do that with Doom! And some dumbass at Barfthesda saw dollar signs and granted the license to them shortly before snorting a line.

    Started with Deu, then Deth and *eth variations while using a little of WadAuthor, then Doom Builder 1 and 2. Using Slade3 for other wad editing. Maybe I should check for the newest version. Which recent version of Doom Builder is best to keep multiplayer compatibility with Zandronum 3.0 last updated in 2017? And maybe tougher question: Which version of Doom Builder is best to keep compatibility with ZDaemon, I guess still having older ZDoom capabilities?

    The makers of the new movie have shit all over and given the finger to the fanbase and community aside from making an embarrassing bastardized pile of hollywood straight to DVD dribble. So no way will I give them a cent even out of morbid curiosity to laugh at it. Now what's entertaining are some reaction videos such as the Doomguy reacting or Hitler reacting.

  13. Dear Admins of all sorts, Who do I talk to about getting into my sehacked page account? I emailed Arioch replying to an email from him about 9 years old and then PM'd Bloodshedder on here replying a message giving me my last known password over 6 years ago. I keep getting authentication failed. I want to change my email in a couple txt files and update links, possibly with wayback archive links for any page that no longer exists. Also my forum avatar is stored there.
