    I'd recommend asking Cutmanmike over on the ZDoom forums, considering a large chunk of the resources were originally from his project. If he gives you the go-ahead, then go for it!

    Updated my map. The deadline creeps ever closer, so remember: your map only has to be completeable to be submitted. Additional tweaking can be done after the deadline if it isn't too extensive or needless (such as getting busy with detail). Hopefully this allays some concerns about not being able to finish up.

I tried to make something of a spiritual sequel to one of my maps from MAYhem 2018 and while I didn't quite succeed, I still think it's a decent effort.

    Oh, I almost forgot! TMD and I will be hosting an informal mapping session for MAYhem in lieu of ASS this month: it'll take place on the ASS Discord server and will be happening this Saturday at 2pm Eastern time, with Round Two 12 hours later for any European Doomers. Send me a message if you'd like access to the server before then.

    There is no Discord for the project, no. Everything is handled here. Speaking of which, the texture pack in the OP has been updated! Just more textures this time, nothing too earth-shattering.

    Did you resize the textures and flats? MM8BDM scales each texture up by 100% via each map's TEXTURES lump and I've had to manually resize each texture I add to the resource.

    Alright, I'm gonna try to release a resource update some time tomorrow with some additional textures. If any of you folks want to add particular custom textures to your maps (and they're suitably Megaman-themed), then send me a PM with the textures and I'll add them. I believe @dac and @Altazimuth might've mentioned wanting to use some custom textures, if memory serves.

    Resource pack in the OP has been updated with new textures, some switches and a swanky set of STBAR graphics designed by @Dragonfly. He's an excellent dude like that.

    As with MAYhem 2017, we feel that the resources provide enough of a departure that including further mapping restrictions is unnecessary. Do as you will. :)

Map name: Festering Iron Source port: Vanilla Build time: 30 minutes (an a minute or two for tweaking) Music: DISCULT.MID by Zan-Zan-Zawa-Veia Took a couple of cracks and overshot the 30-minute mark, this map only just managed to meet the criteria. Still not quite what I planned, may flesh out the map sometime later.

  17. My map seems to have different music to what I submitted it with: potentially some fracas with the MIDI organization or the MAPINFO?
  18. If you can add them without affecting other people's maps, then sure! Maybe run some sort of script that removes the weapons at level end or something. If permission is granted, then certainly.
