Worst, most near-objectively bad songs you know?
Tosi replied to Wovenloaf's topic in Everything Else
I'm not any better. I used to only listen to dadrock and what I considered "real" music but now I just listen to whatever I'm in the mood for which is everything but country. Kind of reminds me of this song which is more famous. Somebody told me it was a parody of those ultra-nationalist Serbian songs but I don't know enough about the culture and language to know if that's true. -
From an amazing SNES game that was released in Europe, but not the USA.

There are known bugs that allow one to cause the processor to jump to certain addresses in memory. By manipulating objects in the level and controller registers, one can set up the RAM to have arbitrary code executed when one of these bugs is carried out. For more information look at the author's commentary for any of the movies on this page. If you know a bit about programming (hex/binary, basic knowledge of assembly language and computer architecture) you should be able to get a gist of what's going on.

I guess I'm one of those hipsters but I don't even like that shit. It sounds like a bunch of kindergarteners imitating The Residents. -

My first choice would have been crunkcore, but that's already been posted. The Shaggs are well known for being hilariously incompetent, but it has a kind of charm missing from some of the other shit I've heard: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxPsXPCR5MU -
Kirk, but only because I never watched TNG and only TOS growing up. If I were to get into it now, I would probably like Picard more.

I don't believe in any gods so I guess that makes me an atheist. I don't tend to proselytize, since arguments against the existence of a god(s) are as full as holes as the ones for and they never convince anybody. I'm highly skeptical of all claims of the supernatural, including religions. I used to be a Baptist, then a non-denominational Christian before going the way of that REM song.

And behind those shadowy, unnamed businessmen are the true masterminds, the real overlords of all humanity... Beta Reptilians from Alpha Centauri. They feed on our fear by calcifying our pineal glands with controlled bursts of scalar energy waves, which leads to a build up of anxiety they use to manipulate us all. The only solution is to free your mind by attenuating yourself with the natural vibration frequencies of the universe. Wake up sheeple!

Holy shit, that website is like the 2010s version of flashy 90s web design.

I like Marble Hornets but it seemed more like a mystery with paranormal elements than horror to me. Not that it doesn't have frightening moments, but a lot of the charm comes from seeing pieces of the puzzle come together, trying to figure out who totheark, Masky, Hoodie, the Operator et. al. are and what they want. The same guys who made Marble Hornets are making another series called Clear Lakes 44 on the same channel. So far I don't think there's been enough information given to piece together what it is about, but it seems to be at least set in the same universe due to the presence of an "official" website for the film Marble Hornets that went up shortly before the new series started. It has a lot of hidden pages with ARG stuff that reference Clear Lakes 44, especially the number 44 which has been recurring throughout both series.

The Holy Trinity of Dr. Pepper, Cherry Coke, and Barq's Root Beer.

Never watched or read it, shounen's not really my cup of tea but I'll make an exception for JoJo. Is the manga still going or did it end like Naruto? I haven't kept up with this kind of stuff in forever.

You seem to have some malware installed that is causing the issues. The solution is to remove it through "Add or Remove Programs" or "Programs and Features" on the latest versions of Windows.

That upload speed is a lie. I get 1 Mbps at best upload. The ping is only low because one of the speedtest servers was like a 45-minute drive from where I am.

Sturgeon's law applies. There is some good stuff among all the crap, you just really have to dig to get it.
