DOOM Anomaly

It took time to sink in. :D Like when you lose your arm and you don't notice it because you don't see it yet. Yeah, exactly like that. :D It was that powerful of an incident!

Me neither. :D I never realized any difference between the two other than the obvious number differences. Though I did notice how extremely helpful armour is in battles. I just assumed it took "some of the damage" from your hits. :D Guess this means I'll have to start planning things out better when I see green and blue armour. :D

Coincidence? Maybe the avatar uploading system was goatsexploded and took some well-needed time to recover. :D

Don't know if it still counts, but that's a lotta liquid. :D

I don't know the exact name of it, but the simplest way to put it is: I build furnaces in houses. :D It's powerful fun stuff, when everything is working. :D

Is this a Doom coding kind of thing or a heat-of-the-moment kind of thing? :D

I am very vocal in any and every game. I just get into a game when I play it, I like it that way, it's more intense and enjoyable. :D I talk to all my games in normal conversation or sing, if anything surprises me I scream or make a loud sound. When I play Doom I tend to scream a lot. In fact my place sounds like a haunted house. So I try not to play too late ever since I moved. :D My friends tend to record me playing games without me realizing until it's over. Ones I distinctly remember are Doom once when I was screaming in a tie-off match and Dragonball Z Tenkaichi when I was forced to play as Yamcha. I like to physically do the moves myself and inform Yamcha just why he was taken out of the main story-arc. If I don't win of course. :D I'd like to say I'm a humble loser, but I also don't like lying. :D

Ace of Base. I heard a song by them this morning at a restaurant and it got me in the mood for playing Doom. :D Oh, and singing. :D

Haha, that video clip was actually quite amusing. :D I don't have any of the recent games, the most recent one I have is Wrestlemania 2000, but it's an awesome one at that. :D I made the Doom guy a couple years back and gave him alternating coloured suits getting as close to the classic colours as possible. :D Somewhere down the line he won a belt, haha.

My favourite was the Blue ranger, personally. :D Though I always liked the green one and how he whistled for his zord. :D Their awesome hand-actions and over-the-top flying was always a favourite to see. :D I'm thinking the rest of the family is going to get Power Ranger suits after this. :D

Yeah. A while ago I recall an ad (or few) that would play music out of nowhere and it startled a few members. :D I guess cool-looking pictures aren't enough these days. :D

I'm definitely getting one. :D For the moment I know that the newest Super Smash Brothers game for the console interests me lots and lots. :D I know more will come up. Also I can have it sit with all my other Nintendo consoles that I have set up. :D Like a big happy family. :D

That helps broaden the horizons for just-in-case scenarios. :D

I think out of nowhere when it said "TMNT" it coulda just went "DA NA NA NA NA NA TURTLE POWER!" :D It would have added a whole new element of awesomeness to the trailer. :D

I know it's not just me, but that stachey just looks totally silly on Cagey. :D I haven't seen a more fake looking mustache since I made one out of paper for my Mario costume. :D From the footage I've seen it looks like it's constantly crooked or about to fall off. :D It makes me giggle. :D I don't think I'll go see the movie though. I'm not much of a go-out-to-see-movies person. :D I think the last movie I "had" to see in theatres was Pokémon: The First Movie. And boy was I right. :D

Intense. :D Though I agree that, compared to the old TMNT, they look a little thin, otherwise they look good to me. :D Though I was expecting it, that last part with Mikey falling made me laugh a fair bit. :D

Mr. Adams as M. Bison, and Jean Claude as Guile, what more could I want! Maybe it's because I like corny things and Jean Claude, but I love the Street Fighter movie. Every time M. Bison picks on Sagat or Zanchief says something silly I roll around the room in a shoroyuuken of laughter. :D Though it did disappoint me to not see any real Street Fighters move dee-lee's. There were a few that were close and a tiny bit of a Hadoken. But I wanted to see Ryu turtle in the corner and spam the thing for two minutes flat while endless drones flood in the door and keep getting vaped. :D There was a lot of weird things with the movie, but there was enough to make me like it. :D HEY PIZANOS! IT'S THE SUPER MARIO BROTHERS SUPER SHOW! :D Ahaha, I would watch that show every day. While Captain Lou Albano was a, different, Mario, it was enough to convince me. :D I really liked the Mortal Kombat movies. I never really understood what made them "so horrible," but that's probably because I don't understand movies that much or the MK games that much. :D But it had the characters, and some of the moves to the point where it satisfied me. :D Also it had that awesome theme which I can never stop singing. :D I never really understood the whole Sub-Zero thing with the second movie though. But I loved watching Kangy turning into a dragon to TEST HIS MIGHT. :D But I too was a bit disappointed with Rayden too. I wanted to see him body dive around the place and shoot lightning but instead he goes all "I'm gonna ponder life and stuff." :D

I used to play with just the keyboard and standard keys setup until a few months ago. The thought of the mouse was odd to me because it meant having to likely change to the "WASD" configuration as it's called and other things. Though I was thoroughly used to the keyboard I noticed I couldn't turn nearly as fast as I needed to in order to catch other people in Deathmatch or CTF. (I always seem to miss people and run past them and turn around, as seems to be common. :D) SO! I dipped my toe into mouse waters and it wasn't too bad except for if I ever picked up the Rocket Launcher every wall became my evilist worst enemy. :D It took me a while to learn to aim with the Rocket Launcher using the mouse because general movement was pretty rough. Though aiming with hitscan weapons like the pistol or chaingun seemed a lot easier (and fun :D) with the mouse than with the keyboard, since the turning ability was faster. If you have mouselook on it could take longer to aim, but it can help and mouselook isn't manditory to use with the mouse anyways. :D I didn't use it until about three/four months after switching to the mouse, I figured it would be better to get used to the mouse before I dabbled with the tricky mouselook. :D The mousey-doodle helped me with turning and aiming with hitscan weapons (especially in circle-strafing) though it's still a tad tough to control at times with small turns and tight walks like in the Chasm if I try to run the whole thing. :P It's also super-fun to dance with. :D Just wiggling the mouse around wildly makes the Doomguy dance awesomely. :D Though I still love keyboard-only. :D
