    Doom builder problems

    I need help with doom builder. Sometimes when I create a new linedef, it has no texture. Also sometimes, random sectors not connected to each other get the same ceiling and floor height. When I change one sector height, the other one changes. Any help?

  3. Hello I have made a new survival wad for Doom 2. It is only ONE level and the level is NOT complete. I would like to know if anyone would like to help or provide feedback. This is my first wad, so please don't criticize. NEW Link and screenshots (http://www.mediafire.com/download/297j537evtuuec9/Sqrrt's_Survival.wad) This wad uses stock textures and music.     The first method did not work as I had already tried it. Also the second one didn't work either so I had to delete each of the linedefs by hand and replace them.

    I do not know how DooM mapping can help relieve stress. If anything it causes me stress from the random bugs from DooM Builder 1.

    Hope I am not too late. You might as well delete it because Skulltag can't be used for Doomseeker and Doomseeker uses Zandronum (Skulltag remake).

    Moonlight

    PLEASE STAHP ARGUING. Moonlight is a very good wad. It give that feel of an open adventure map but is still linear like DooM maps need to be. I do not see any problems with it.

    This game better not be the "Disappointment of the year" (when it comes out) game for me. Also as it even been confirmed THAT IT IS DOOM. I don't mean to be sad but there are arrows in the first picture.

    Kindness to others!

    So, I was walking home from school today. It was raining hardcore and wind was blowing everywhere (classic NZ Wellington) and one of my mums friends picked me up along with her children and dropped me off home. This was incredible as my family is quite poor and has no car. I was wondering, has anything happened like this (someone going out of their way to help you ect.) in the past few days?

    zdoom/gzdoom on a 1ghz celeron notebook

    I use a 1.6 GHZ 216 mb of ram and find that Zdoom runs fine on software mode. Wouldn't recommend using hardware as you need a moderately good computer for the 3d floors and OpenGL and such.
  20. The only source ports I use are Zdaemon, Zandronum, Zdoom and Skulltag with IDE to make it easier to use. Zdoom supports the auto run too.
  21. Have a project idea you would like to see done but no skills to implement it? Post here and another modder/mapper may see it and make it!

    Zdaemon enemy death sound customization

    When you are dead, go to the start menu (you know, where it saw NEW GAME and stuff) and select player setup. There you can configure the skins and voices. You need to be dead or ready to re spawn to change the skin, not sure about voice. Go on the VOICE option and press across. Not all servers have skins or voices and you need to be dead or ready to re spawn.

    Hmmmm. Maybe you should try using Dehacked and/or ACS. I am pretty sure there is some option to change it in game with Zdoom via console.

    I really hope it supports mods. And the least I want is for it to not be a shitty game.
