Alright 40oz, Here's V5. I've added the bars that close when the player steps off the plutonia slipgate. Everything should work now, and now I wait for the OK.

I think it looks fine. I'd recommend darkening the brightness and add some torches here and there.

I remember making my first map with the source sdk when I first tried it out. It looked like a small box with dev textures, with a city scanner npc put in it. Post about your first newbie map here.

Thanks Marcaek, but one problem is that most of the monsters aren't teleporting when they are supposed to. you plan on fixing this? because I'm not an expert at the types of boom stuff you did.

Ok, I've been working on V2 of this map before the reviews came in. Here it is (V2 Download) These are the changes: *Replaced the Berserk powerup with the super armor. *Made the map a little bit difficult. *Added some more eyecandy beyond the 1024 area. *Added a little more ammo and health. Have at it.

Looking at these replies makes me wonder how you guys improved your skills. I just mapped some more for hl2, quake, and even doom. I'm still improving my skills.

Marcaek, You did a really good job finishing my map! It just looks really nice! I would like to name this map "And all that Could have been" Am I allowed to make changes to this one? Otherwise, Great Job!

My map was aiming for something based off of the architecture of PRCP's map11 (will you be my NME?) so hope it works out for you.

40oz, just to let you know I've cancelled making another map for this, since I'm out of ideas and probably encountered mapper's block. sorry. But at least I've actually submitted one map for this.
