  1. I've got a door tagged to a switch, which is supposed to open when the player has one key of each colour. However, while the switch activates when it is pressed, the walls do not lower (even though a sound plays), and I have no idea why.   2. Just beaten Doom 2 (have previously beaten The Ultimate Doom), and am currently playing through Eternal Doom. What WADs are the most worthwhile to play for a newcomer to the games?
  3. How do I make some basic teleporter traps for ZDoom in Hexen format? I know how to do a sound-based trap, but they're all dependent on the player firing their gun, and it's highly unlikely that anyone will actually fire their gun in the sector the trap will be placed. What other ways can I make a similar trap with?

  7. I'm using Doom Builder 2, and I'm doing this primarily to change the height, brightness and textures of certain parts of the floor. Everytime I make a sector, though, a bunch of walls appear that I don't want. How do I get rid of them, or ideally, stop this from happening?
