It's grimace, now in highly geometrical form! 'Nuff said!

What's the point of Health Potions and Armor bonuses in Doom II?

Someone's been frequenting decino's channel lately :v Someone should deliberately use the yellow tint as an effect or handicap in a map! Like when trudging through a "toxic maze" (in which you can't stay for longer than 20 seconds anyway). -
O connoisseur of the dark crafts! What wish dost thy mind bear for the fate of the forlorn maidens?

"Sir, we're losing connection to the comms office at HQ!" "No, they're losing connection to us."

At a distance, that almost looks like someone wearing a fursuit.

Are you stuck in that giant yarn ball? Where did you get that yarn ball anyways?!

My sensors catch a high level of activity in the building we're about to infiltrate. Lots of moving men. We'll have to be extra careful today, Jack. If we're ever detected, we're toast.

That girl is quite upset! I think she's gonna Hulk smash you into bits!

That is a peculiar question. VPNs are useful, but I assume you're referring to the wave of newfangled "VPNs" doing sponsorships on YouTube. I don't trust these as much for security, but I guess they're useful for other things. I've used VPN software before, particularly Tinc, and, these days, I'm always on Yggdrasil. They're secure, and they let me host stuff without having to own an IPv6 or IPv4 address myself. Sadly Yggdrasil only has IPv6 internal addressing, so while people with only an IPv4 Internet connection can be on Yggdrasil, they need to use IPv6 to connect to other people on it. If you have your own server (i.e. a VPS), and want to use it to route network packets through it or connect it to a virtual network of computers, solutions like OpenVPN and Wireguard will be of interest to you.

That bird beak is oddly stylish, which sadly clashes with the awkwardness of the rest of that facial composition.

She's mocking you! I can bet you that she is!

"Looking at you, m'dud. Don't blink — this time, you're all mine."

It is a well known fact that the Doom 2 community is addicted to the Super Shotgun. Its vile, fleshly trappings such that, to this day, 5 out of every 6 deathmatch levels have SSGs at or near every deathmatch player start. From such fact has borne this thread: SSG Addicts Anonymous. Helping out each other, like brothers and sisters, in a holy expedience into abstinence and, eventually, freedom! This is a safe haven — feel free to share your stories and experiences with the SSG, as well as resources of comradely support. Everything helps in these dire times of decades-long addiction. </s>

But I am concerned that too much window dressing could ruin the pacing and flow, and make the cleanup tedious.

The scientists at Black Mesa have truly went too far this time!

I wonder what anime girl Santa would actually look like...

Wooly ball of yarn, it deserves a comfy and rounded slot to rest on!

Funny dude, get your bearings.

So what do you guys say about making the SSG a bit less relied upon in level progression? Put it in optional areas? Areas where using the SSG could be dangerous (like enemies closing in on you so you have to do splash damage, or high DPS like the Plasma)?

Who's that kid and why does his hairline have a massive dent on the right side?
