Map10 does drone on a lot, but I still think Facing the Spider is the worst offender here. E1M4, E1M9, etc show that you can make a good fast paced track that is also interesting.

Has everyone forgotten about that development version of GZDoom on iOS, from beloko AKA creator of D-Touch? Requires a script though, which will prompt you with a message like "www.lolz.com wants to install NotAppstore" (well the message is something like that). An example would be this page There are alternatives to the AppStore too, like TutuApp, HiPstore, etc. (they kinda promote hacked, pirated, Chinese apps :P) Also, with the right app, you can download stuff from Safari via the correct app. Eg with the TEFView app (available on AppStore), I can visit vgmusic and download MIDI files within Safari onto my iPhone's local storage. For example, I visit www.musicz.com/dat_midi.mid, and then it'll lead me to a page that displays it filename, size and a "Open in TEFView" option. I press it and it gets downloaded and accessible via TEFview, no online connection needed. I just need to find a similar technique for MP3 files, rather than using cloud services to download the MP3's to my device. I miss using iFile and other cool stuff on my iPhone 3GS. I wish Android phones were as reliable as iPhones and don't become obsolete within a year or doesn't come from the factory full of stupid apps.

IDK if it's relaxing, but when I load up Doom, another form of intelligence seems wakes up inside of me and does the Dooming for me. And I'm the passenger who sees a blur of movement and yet I know everything/nothing that's going on. Interestingly, I'm reading a book about the brain, and it's gotten me thinking about really crazy shit like everyone is born with 2 minds but one is in control of the other (the hemispheres). I also find myself asking questions like "when did I pick up this keycard" a lot after I open a seemingly-locked door or flick a locked switch. Is it relaxing? I guess I do zone out a bit, if you consider that to be relaxing.

Delta Touch better recognise LMP files too. I hate loading up demos or single lump mods (eg GENMIDI lumps) by typing out the full name.

Doom movie would be a success, but on what level I can't really say. It was a good movie if you ask me, nice to watch it once at least. Super Mario Bros, now THAT is a terrible movie. Even if Mario didn't exist at that time, it would still be ass.

A bit of both in my opinion. Surely, you had some ideas in your head at that time and tried to apply them to your repository. Take one bit of code that you wrote, analyse it and try to find out what it does. Once you do, write it down. eg "removing a stupid bug by using shortening the number of if...else statements" becomes • remove this bug Create a list like this and then start your work, focusing on only one point at a time. I have a similar for DeuTex :P

Just put quotes eg -file "my wad.pk3" But I prefer underscores all the way, baby.

I feel your pain :( which is why I asked beloko before on this issue. Use GZDoom on your PC for development. Doing it on D-Touch requires a lot of trial and error and very good proofreading skills. Trust me, I know the pain.

Remember how Gipsy Danger had those 3 metal plates things on its back? That's what's missing from the new Gipsy Avenger.

Using +logfile usually helps when pinpointing errors.

No not really. It's best to select 2-3 on 5-ish inch screens and 2-4 for bigger screens. Anything lower is a waste according to my experience.
